Miracle Mouthwash...

Up way early this morning (6:25), thank you Casey :~) - Did a few things and decided to lay back down... so went back to sleep until about 10:00. Talked with Charles who says he can't sleep in our bed without me there (roll eyes) and he is sleeping on the built in bed back in the office/bedroom - in fact, installed the ceiling fan back there today. OK. I have the wallpaper ready to go up, just gotta find the time. Nautical all the way.

I read some in one of the best novels I have ever read: Night Fall by Nelson DeMille... Now before you buy this book let me warn you that the first chapter could leave you wondering what in the world kind of books I read...???!!! But the first chapter SETS UP the story, but Mr. DeMille got a little graphic doing it. I do love murder and mayhem and this story is about the crash of TWA Flight800 off of Long Island in 1996 where 230 people were killed. Charles put it this way (in his book review to me).. "Whatever you're reading, put it aside and read this. It is the BEST paperback I have ever read." Trust me; he's read thousands.

Anyway... was up and at it this afternoon... picked up the Miracle Mouthwash after talking to the dr's office again - they are so great to call and check on patients! Brought it back to the house and Mom took some right away. Said it helped; took another dose at 9:00 tonight and is eating some... That's real good.

Then I went back OUT... Charles knows that walking through TJ or Homegoods or Marshall's is good therapy for me and mom wanted an artificial SOMETHING for the bathroom to complete our re-do of it, so I had an excuse to go... plus pick up a few groceries.

I walked in Marshall's for 2 hours. Think that if I could push a buggy out on our road, I could get some GOOD walking in at the homeplace (or boat) but since I don't want to look like a bag lady, I use my favorite stores to walk in.

Came back to the house - it was after 10:00 PM... and realized that one whole bag of groceries had not made it home with me. I called them. The check out gal was LESS than helpful. She wanted OUT of there and it was obvious. I loaded my cart by myself with her standing there watching me. Guess I missed a bag. HOW do people like that keep their jobs????

I bought a box of honey mustard pretzel pieces tonight (not from the grocery store) because I love those things... well mom has taken over the box. She can't eat GOOD yet but she wanted some of those things and was back for more. I will joyfully let her have the whole box if she will just eat them!

Going to bed. Good day we've had here. So thankful.
